Burrow Farm Estate is one-of-a-kind
When you rent Burrow Farm Estate, you can either rent the whole estate exclusively with on-site chef and service team, or individual properties self catering.
When the Estate is rented as a whole, for exclusive use of all six properties 20 bedrooms, it comes fully staffed with on-site chef, service team and housekeeping team. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be provided in the Great Barn or wherever you want on the estate (food and drinks charged extra, at cost, dependent on the menus you have chosen). The Great Barn serves as the heart of the estate, and has sit down dining for up to 40 guests, with a bar, self playing concert grand piano, huge fireplace, many seating zones, a full projection cinema and a nightclub quality sound system. Full estate exclusive hire from £53,000 per week including VAT (see the “Pricing” tab for seasonal variations).
When properties are rented individually, they come on a self catering basis. Our housekeeping staff will clean your house everyday, but you will be responsible for provisioning and catering (Chefs can be arranged as a separate cost). When individual properties are rented, the Great Barn and swimming pool are included as part of Burrow Farmhouse. The Tennis court is available for all, along with the Victory (games) barn that has table tennis, pool table, xbox, pinball, darts, kids zone, etc. The whole estate is available of guests to walk, explore, for picnics, mounting biking etc.

Burrow Farmhouse which includes the Chicken House and the Great Barn and has 8 bedrooms in total (7 with en-suite bathrooms), from £26,500 per week including VAT.
The Shoot Lodge has 6 bedrooms (4 with en-suite bathrooms) and also includes the kids tree house, from £17,000 per week including VAT
Keepers Cottage has 2/3 bedrooms (the tv room downstairs converts into an extra bedroom with ensuite, from £3,800 per week including VAT
Barley Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a beautiful open plan kitchen / dining / snug and is fenced (for dogs), from £3,200 per week including VAT
Top of the World has 1 bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) and sits on our highest point with extensive views over our wildflower meadows, and has a large sunken 10 person hot tub and changing room, from £2,700 per week including VAT.
None of the properties can be seen from any road, you have total privacy.
We also have Rotten Row Farmhouse that has 8 bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) and is situated on the edge of the estate, a short walk (2 minute drive) from the other six houses. It is not included in the main estate bookings, but it can be rented under separate contract. It also has a 7 person hot tub, its own games annexe with pool table, table tennis, Xbox, etc, from £13,500 per week including VAT
Burrow Farm Estate is one of the most beautiful estates in England yet so close to London.
For weddings, parties, functions and events, the Great Barn and Burrow Farm Spaces can be reconfigured to cater for many more people

The team
Dell, originally from the rugged Cornish coast and Sarah, a proud Devonian, both with a love for the countryside, have built a life together of dedicated care takers of a large estate in the beautiful Chiltern Hills. They bring a warm, positive outlook on both life and work, along with good humour, energy and a hands on approach to every task. Along with their faithful dog Rodney, Dell and Sarah balance the practical demands of managing extensive grounds with a shared passion for keeping fit and enjoying the outdoors. Their fun loving spirit and can-do attitude make them not only excellent stewards of the estate, but also a welcoming presence for all who luckily have the chance to experience this beautiful estate.

History
The oldest building on the site – Burrow Farm House – dates back to 1450. The original Tudor wing was extended in the 1600s, with the addition of a brick and flint extension, and again in the 1920s. The most recent refurbishment took place just a few years ago, introducing country elegance and luxurious comfort to this exceptional historic building and those around it.
Security
Cutting-edge security – including electric gates and ANPR cameras on all driveways, CCTV cameras in common areas, high-grade alarm systems and electric door locks – means you can experience your country escape without compromising on privacy. 24-hour security guards are available on request, and the properties on the Burrow Farm Estate can’t be seen from any road.
Conservation
The Burrow Farm Estate is a glorious mix of ancient woodlands, deep valleys, rolling countryside and wildflower meadows, supporting an abundance of native British wildlife. Local materials were used throughout the restoration process where possible, to remain sympathetic to the natural environment.
