The grade II listed Great Barn is at the heart of Burrow Farm. This spectacular cathedral-like 16th Century marvel is where guests spend a lot of time together. The Great Barn can seat up to 32, has a staffed bar, a cinema option, a nightclub quality sound system, a karaoke system, a self playing concert grand piano and a stage that can be set up for special events. The 17th Century Grade II listed Victory Barn, as its name suggests, is a very large and very beautiful games barn. There is an American Pool Table (7 feet), Table Tennis, Foosball Table, Pinball, Arcade games, darts, a “baby zone”, games consoles, Sonos system, with sofas and relaxing areas.

The Pake (a cross between and Pond and a Lake) is situated at the bottom of our private valley, and is a great place for peace and tranquility. There is a hidden chest here with blankets and pillows, so you can go there at any time and have a moment. In 2026 we will be digging a much larger lake in the hidden valley on the other side of the estate.

Burrow farm is blessed with two hundred acres of Parkland, in which to walk and explore or sit and think. Hundreds of deer roam the estate from sunset, and pairs of hares can be seen if you get up early enough..

Native wildlife abounds in our mixed mature and ancient woodlands, where you’ll find many enjoyable walks and mountain bike routes. Many pairs of Red Kites live in our woodlands, along with buzzards and recently spotted a Black Eagle.

Immaculate terraced lawns and stunning formal, rose and kitchen gardens offer space to sit, reflect and enjoy spectacular views to the wooded valley beyond. There are many places to explore, like the lookout point beneath the Ewe tree from where you will always see wildlife

Looking south this is the highest point around, with views over the Thames and beyond. There are large tables and chairs for lunches and dinners, professional BBQ equipment, plus the Shepherds Hut and sunken hot tub. The hillside and valley have been planted with 17th Century wildflowers, making the summer months a spectacle to behold.
